The netPolarity story

Our story began in March 2000 just before the Dot-Com Crash. Serial entrepreneur David Chuang recognized the need for a new breed of staffing firm, highly adaptable to the changing dynamics in the use of contingent workforce into the new millenium. David’s vision: to build a hybrid full-service staffing powerhouse that combines the high-touch, fast-response specialized service of a boutique firm with the extensive coverage and volume capabilities of a national firm.

To deliver top speed, quality, volume and aggressively competitive pricing, we modularized the recruiting process into specialized functions, creating the first supply chain staffing model.

While the staffing industry felt the impact of the recession, netPolarity struck a key relationship with our first Fortune client, located on the opposite coast. Even without the advantage of a brick-and-mortar presence in any of the over 100 locations nationwide we were tasked to support, we outperformed local competitors from our headquarters in California, exceeding service level expectations and achieving high marks for quality and response times. We delivered in volume, which lead to measurably significant cost savings.

From this point, netPolarity’s growth was organic, driven by word-of-mouth referrals among Fortune 1000 corporations.

In 2007, Entrepreneur Magazine ranked netPlarity No. 48 in its annual list of Hot 500 companies. Staffing Industry Analysts named netPolarity in its Fastest Growing Staffing Firms list in 2009 and in 2014 listed netPolarity in its annual list of Diversity Staffing Firms. Also in 2014, Inc. Magazine ranked netPolarity in its 33rd annual Inc 500 | 5000 of fastest-growing private companies in the nation. ProUnlimited named netPolarity Global Supplier of the Year eight years in a row: 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

As a further testament to the value we provide with our innovative staffing solutions, our growth continued even as a second recession hit resulting from the Global Financial Crisis.

Emerging resilient, netPolarity set ourselves further apart from competition by achieving domain expertise in sourcing and recruiting. Known for our highly specialized sourcing and recruiting processes, netPolarity has been called on by leading technology companies to train their internal talent acquisition staff using our methods and curriculum. Responding to client demand, netPolarity brought its internal training program MARS (Master Accreditation in Recruiting and Sourcing) to market in 2011.
